The following conditions and regulations apply to every sale, order, action, or quotation, from/by:

These terms and conditions are available in other languages. The contract language is and remains the Dutch language.

1. Placing an order
When placing an order via the webshop or other medium, you agree to our terms and conditions.

2. Cancellation, withdrawal & return conditions.
As a private customer, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days, only if you have well-founded complaints about the goods or services received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Iltis shop, Lilsedijk 29L 2340 Beerse Belgium – info@iltisshop.be) of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail). to revoke.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Returning goods:
ATTENTION! The following goods cannot be revoked, taken back, reimbursed, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances:
• Goods that were produced or manufactured specifically for the customer.
• Goods specifically ordered for the customer.
• Goods without the original packaging.
• Goods that are irrevocably mixed with other products after delivery due to their nature.
• Goods that have become irrevocably soiled or damaged after assembly.
• Used goods.
Used goods are extensively tested before sale to the extent possible.
On request, you can receive more information, specifications, or photos about the specific part that will be sent to you in advance.
All articles on the webshop have an “example photo” unless stated otherwise. This means that the color or general condition can differ minimally from the actual delivered product. As mentioned earlier, more information can always be requested prior to ordering a part.
If a used part does not appear to work properly, it can be exchanged in consultation, subject to the seller's approval.
ATTENTION! All our used goods are visibly and invisibly marked, It is useless to return another used part that was not sold by us. If you try this anyway, and we receive a different part than was sent, given or sold, this part will not be reimbursed, exchanged or returned. These will be immediately removed without compensation.
We may delay reimbursement or return until we have received the products or until you can provide us with proof of return.
You serve the goods; undamaged, undamaged and in original packaging no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract, return it or hand it over to us.
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer / customer unless the return is due to a valid reason or complaint.
We will inform you of the correct return address in the return process.

3. Information about delivery - shipping.
The total shipping costs are always communicated in advance or calculated by the webshop.
This may differ according to weight, volume and/or destination.
If your order is too large for regular parcel post, you will be sent a personal offer for a pallet shipment or customized transport.
We reserve the right to revoke an order or payment if the effective shipping cost appears to be higher than calculated by our webshop.
Delivery term:
After receipt of the proof of payment or effective payment, your package will be delivered to the relevant courier service within 48 hours at the latest. (*The 48-hour period does not apply on Sundays, public holidays or in our holiday periods.) The actual delivery to the specified address depends on the size and accessibility of the address, which is entirely dependent on the transport company.
Damaged Packages:
If a package or part appears to be damaged upon receipt, a file will be started with the relevant transport company.
In order to complete the file, the customer must provide us with clear photos of the damaged parts + packaging.
In agreement (only the damaged) goods will be replaced or reimbursed. The period in which this happens depends entirely on the operation of the transport company.
Missing Packages:
If a package appears to be missing in the shipping process, a file will be started with the relevant transport company.
A package is only considered missing by the transport company if it has not moved in the tracking for 30 days.
We cannot be held liable for errors or delays caused by the transport company, but we will go through the entire process with you to be compensated for this.

4. Terms of Payment
Bank transfers:
If payment method bank transfer is used, no additional transaction costs will be charged.
Transfer the total amount to be paid to the specified bank account number. Be sure to enter your reference number or invoice number that you receive by email as a communication.
Keep in mind that a bank transfer takes an average of 3 business days, which causes shipping delays. In case we do not receive payment on our bank account within 14 working days, the order will be automatically cancelled. If goods were specially ordered for you with the orders, these will be charged.
If you choose to pay via PayPal, the costs charged by PayPal will be charged to the buyer.
This according to the formula: 3.4% +3.5€ (0€ to 2500€) +(+3% for transactions outside Europe).

5. Billing
If you want a business invoice, this must be communicated immediately when ordering, by entering your VAT number. or to order with a business account via the webshop.
After completion of payment, or after receipt of the goods, no invoice can be issued.
Payments for business orders (on invoice) must be received no later than 14 days after the invoice date, stating your invoice number.
If the invoice is not paid on the due date (14 days after the invoice date), a default interest of 5% per month started, + 10% fixed compensation without notice of default, will be charged.

6. Quotations
All offers are valid for 30 days. (Counted from the date stated on the quotation). Subject to availability and intermediate sale.
The indicated prices are only valid if the quantities of the specified goods at the time of ordering remain at least the same or are increased.

7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until the entire purchase price has been paid, this also applies to parts that have already been shipped or parts on a business invoice.
It is possible that the ordered parts turn out to be out of stock or unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the sale of these parts.

8. Warranty & Complaints
All conditions are subject to the statutory warranty provisions. The legal warranty period is 24 months (exclusively for used goods -> see point 2.) and starts on the day of delivery of goods.
The customer must prove that the item was purchased from us and on what date.
This is through e-mails, order confirmations, order number, ...
Exceptions are the following situations: damage as a result of natural wear and tear, improper use or incorrect maintenance. The warranty does not apply in the event of malfunctions or damage resulting from improper or improper use or installation, non-compliance with the operating instructions or incorrect or negligent treatment. The warranty is void if work and/or repair of the parts are carried out, or if they are carried out by people who are not authorized or certified. In case of warranty, it is up to you to decide on the assertion of your rights. In the event of a warranty, only the item in question will be replaced or reimbursed. Under no circumstances will We be able to refund or replace related or other affected items, labor or goods. Additional rights, in particular the cancellation of the purchase contract or reduction can only be asserted after a reasonable period of time for proper fulfillment. In case of exchange of goods within the warranty period, no new warranty periods will be applied.

9. Privacy – use of personal data (GDPR).
We attach great importance to your privacy and never pass on your data to third parties.
Your personal data is processed by www.iltisshop.be, for customer management based on the contractual relationship resulting from your order/purchase and for direct marketing (to offer you new products or services) based on our legitimate interest in doing business .
You can always oppose or unsubscribe from receiving our e-mails in the future, or using your data. For this it is sufficient to inform us via info@iltisshop.be. Via that address you can also always ask what data we process about you and correct it or have it erased, or ask to transfer your data. If you do not agree with the way in which we process your data, you can turn to the Commission for the Protection of Privacy. (Drukpersstraat 35 in 1000 Brussels).
